On 11–12 February 2026, Stravix welcomed a select group of senior executives, board members, and strategic leaders in Malaysia for a two-day intensive masterclass centered on a defining question:
How do organizations embed AI into strategy, not as experimentation, but as a core executive capability?
Facilitated by Kieran Gilmurray, the program moved decisively beyond conceptual discussions. Over two focused days, participants worked through structured executive modules spanning AI-enabled strategic planning, scenario modeling, AI-augmented decision-making, governance architecture, and execution design.
This was not a technology briefing. It was a strategic working session.
Through hands-on exercises, including executive prompting, scenario simulations, and structured roadmap development, attendees translated insight into organization-specific action. The discussions were rigorous, the exchanges candid, and the mandate clear: AI strategy must move from ambition to operational execution.
