John Carroll
John Carroll is an internationally recognised leadership and change expert, widely regarded as one of the world’s great corporate storytellers. For decades, he has worked with leaders across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, the Middle East & Africa, helping organisations build engaged teams and resilient cultures in times of disruption.

A former CEO and entrepreneur, John has lived and worked on three continents and led organisations through complex, large-scale transformation, including the merger of 12 organisations that achieved global top-tier staff engagement within a year. He is the creator of the Leadership Safari® methodology, combining African animal fables with evidence-based leadership, psychology, and real-world business experience to make change leadership deeply practical and human.
