A Practical Roadmap for Leading Change in the Era of Disruption.
On 23rd and 24th June 2026, Stravix welcomed a select group of senior leaders from across multiple industries for two immersive days of practical leadership development with globally recognized leadership and change coach John Carroll at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur.
The Change Leadership Safari was designed as an interactive executive masterclass.Throughout the two days, participants worked through practical leadership challenges, shared experiences from their own organizations, and applied proven frameworks for leading people through change.
Through powerful African animal fables, practical leadership frameworks, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities, participants explored the human side of change and developed practical approaches for leading teams through uncertainty, building resilience, and creating cultures that embrace change.
