On 9th and 10th of February 2026, Stravix welcomed a select group of senior HR and business leaders from leading organizations across the region for two intensive days of practical, AI-driven workforce transformation led by Kieran Gilmurray in Kuala Lumpur.

Unlike traditional conferences, this masterclass was designed as a working session, not a listening exercise. Much of the time was spent in structured activities that mattered: applying AI tools in real scenarios, stress-testing HR operating models, building transformation roadmaps, and translating strategy into executable next steps.
